What makes Rhode Athletic different?
Everything we make solves a real problem I actually had. Squat-proof legs (because legs rolling up mid-squat is annoying). Waistbands that don't ride up or cut in. Actual pockets so you don't have to tie your keys into your underwear. Breast cups that don't move or get stuck. Organic cotton lining so you can wear your favorite underwear — or nothing — without sweat discomfort. Colorways that make you feel like yourself, not someone else's uniform. Why don't you just make black?
Black isn't me. It doesn't make me feel confident. Even when I go out with friends, I don't wear black. I wanted color. I wanted to walk into the gym and feel like myself. That's why Rhode Athletic has colorways designed to look amazing and feel like YOU.
What's special about the organic cotton lining?
It means you can wear your favorite G-string, or nothing at all, without that sweaty rolled-up mess. It's the detail that actually fixes the problem most women face but never talk about. You can wear whatever you want underneath — or go without — and feel supported and comfortable.
Do they actually squat-proof?
Yes. Every single pair gets tested through real training — my Hyrox races, my F45 sessions, real workouts, real sweat. If it doesn't work for me in a squat, it doesn't go in your closet.
What about the legs riding up?
Not happening. The cut and fabric are designed specifically so your legs stay down through burpees, box jumps, and anything else. No adjustments mid-workout.
Are the breast cups actually good?
Yes. They're sewn in (so they won't move or get stuck in the washing machine like other brands) and they provide real support without being too thick. No "high beaming," no moving around, no playing with them at the gym trying to get them back in position.
Can I wear a G-string?
Absolutely. That's literally why "I Still Like My G-String" is one of our hero products. The organic cotton lining in our Lets Be Nude Range means it won't show, it won't ride up, and you won't have sweat discomfort. Wear what you want.
What about pockets?
We have them. Real pockets, not those fake ones. Phone pocket, key pocket, card pocket — everything stays put so you're not tying your keys into your underwear like some kind of human key ring.
Do they hide sweat marks?
The moisture-wicking fabric helps prevent them, and the colorways are specifically designed to hide gym floor scuff marks and sweat if it happens. Real training is messy; our activewear accounts for that.

How do you test your products?
Every set has been tested through my own training. Hyrox races. Marathon runs. Triathlons. F45 sessions. Real workouts, real sweat, real life. If it doesn't work for me, it doesn't go in your closet. I'm not asking you to wear anything I wouldn't wear myself.

How do I know my size?
Our sizing is true to fit — just get your normal size. If you're between sizes in a sports bra, pick the lower size. Not sure? DM me and we'll work it out together.
What if the fit isn't right?
If you need a size change, just DM me and we'll sort it out.
Do you offer returns?

What's your shipping policy?
Free local postage for Mackay area. Free shipping on orders over $100 Australia-wide. For other areas, check our shipping page for timeframes and costs.

Why is the tagline "Black hides you and you don't need to be hidden"?
Because that's exactly how I felt. Black activewear made me feel invisible, like I was hiding. But I don't need to hide. I deserve to feel confident, visible, and like myself at the gym. That's what Rhode Athletic is about — activewear that lets you be YOU.
