Order Processing Time:
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times:

• Standard Shipping: 5-10 business days
• Express Shipping: 2-5 business days
  

Shipping Fees:
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

Order Tracking:
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking information.

Delivery Issues:

Our carrier that we use is AusPost. We have our settings for delivery set as 'Leave at a Safe Place on Premise'.
