Return and Refund Policy
We want you to love your purchase! If you’re not happy with your new item, you have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return.
To ensure a smooth process, please make sure your item is in its original condition—unworn, unused, and in the original packaging—with proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions on how to send your item back. Please note that items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
If Your Item is Damaged or Incorrect
Please check your order upon receipt. If you notice any damage, defects, or if you received the wrong item, contact us right away so we can make it right for you.
Exchanging Items
The easiest way to get the item you want is to return the original, and once your return is approved, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Refunds
After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund. If approved, it will be processed to your original payment method within about 10 business days. Please keep in mind that it might take a little extra time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund.
